It didn't take me long to realize how wonderful you really are.
I knew from then that I didn't deserve you as you should have had much better. You know, like you do now. I wish you both well
When you're told things as a teenager you don't really believe it but it has taken me till my twenties to know that you don't until you're older. I didn't really know what love really was or felt like until now after I let it go in-order to do the right thing.
It does hurt but what makes it easier is that I know that he is happy with the right person for him.
What he'll never know is that I will always love him and acke over him but I know he is better with her more than he could have ever been with me.
All I ask for now is closure so I can feel like it's over properly.

I understand where you are coming from! But I hope you still aren't aching...you shouldn't forget but you should move on love some more even if it hurts. -

In answer to your question yes I thought he was but he had to go to be with his family and move on with his life in a good way more than he could have if he was still with me. I do miss him though.
