Penguins In Top Hats

Penguins are very proper you know,
They are dressed and ready for a show.
They wear a tuxedo, did you know that,
All they need is a cane and a top hat.

As they wobble across the snow and ice,
A cane, to steady them, would be nice.
A top hat would complete the suit,
Of course the idea is totally moot.
