Take Refuge Here

Take Refuge Here
Don’t Run Away
I’ll forever be here to protect you
I’ll reach out my arms
To hold you
I’ll hold your hand as you go through nightmares
I’ll carry you when you can’t go on
Don’t Run Away
I want to protect you from the storm
I want to be your rock
Remember Me
I have been there all along
I was there when you cried yourself to sleep
I was the invisible one who comforted you
I’ll still be here when all others fade away
I’ll still be here to carry you when you can’t go on
Remember Me and Take Refuge Here

I love how this poem is written from the persepective of God speaking to someone. These words are full of comfort and hope to one who is seeking. A very encouraging piece.
