Infernos at our feet,
And whisper words of wisdom
and selfish blasphemy
(to those who'll listen)
Juxtaposing to the sky
And beckoning our end,
Through following another tide
We end up unified
(to those who won't deny)
Desperation delivers another day
Of loss and ignorance,
When fists will rise up to the skies
And kindoms rise and fall
(for someone has to pay the toll)
Then we will extrapolate
The true worth of our struggles,
We will know for everyone of us
Every part will fall to place...
(for those who did before us)
And thus we will understand,
How man is condemned to be free,
For every heart and every mind,
Every mother and every child...
Are naught but sparks,
Naught but whispers,
Naught but stars...
Author notes
The multiverse is a place of anarchy (in the healthy sense of the word), there is no ruler but ourselves. Mankind - like all living things - is evolving. Constantly. The last step of our evolution shall be taken the moment we understand that man, albeit a social creature, cannot live in peace with rulers, riches nor laws. Man must take consequence of his actions and know what is good and what not.

When we reach that state of evolution...I can't even imagine what that would be like. Society makes it more than a little difficult to do these things though, obviously. How do we make it quicker with small variations? Or do we want to make it quicker? Which is better...I don't know.

Oh, no... there is no need to make it quicker. The fact that society makes it so difficult is the challenge we need to understand. Once the difficulties build up, man will come to revolution. It has happened many times before, at a smaller scale, so it can and will happen again.
