Oh! Dear brother how i have
loved you from the very begining.
Now that I see you strong face
i relize how much i have missed you.
i support you even though i
do not support the war in Iraq.
please wont you stay here for i
don't want to see you come back dead.
so many times you have come back
with the scars of the war.
it tears my heart to peices
to see you in such a condition.
i will love you
always your bro.

as I read this poem, I felt a lot of emotion, most of which was sadness. having a loved one go to war is very hard, not to mention worrisome. my cousin fought in Iraq and I worried all of the time. you did an excellent job expressing your emotions strongly. I hope that your brother comes home soon and stays safe. great write.

Just FYI and I'm sure you know... the font and background do not contrast... nor do they go well together anyway...
I have two little brothers and I cannot imagine them going to war... as their protector I would feel so helpless...
However I found this line so far beyond unnecessary.
"i support you even though i
do not support the war in Iraq."
