(from ON THE ROAD, AGAIN coming VERY SOON!)
Sister Sue and Preacher Grey,
REALLY cut a rug,
at the Sunday Hoedown,
of Hillbilly peace and love.
All them cats were singing,
"COME ON, BABY - CHUG-A-LUG"
Little Legs and Dillon,
were cuter than a bug.
Granny swung with GrandPa,
as Matilda filled a jug,
The newlyweds were kissing!
Don't they ever get enough?
The entire congregation,
was doing a fine jig,
Meanwhile, Uncle Billy,
was roasting a poor pig.
The pig looked very tasty,
with an apple in his mouth,
Tomorrow would be Monday
and we'd soon be flying south.
Mr. Howard wrote a check,
when they passed the plate around,
for fifty thousand dollars,
and we tore the outhouse down.
He would pay for indoor plumbing,
and a nice extension, too,
No one would miss the outhouse,
not even Cara Lou.
She was trapped in there this morning,
when the "GOSH DARN DOOR" got stuck,
Praise THE LORD for Mr. Howard,
His good fortune and good luck.
If Pyper hadn't heard her,
SCREAMING for her life,
she wouldn't be around,
to be a young mans' wife.
Sunshine Girl and Noah,
ran for Jack and James,
who tore that "GOSH DARN DOOR",
from it's wooden frames.
Man, those cats could play,
How they fiddled through the night!
But they couldn't wear out Granny,
No one could! NOT QUITE!

Hi Earl, this is so funny, we are having a right party, the cts are playing, dillon and little legs are together and that stinky outhouse is going. As for granny well, she sounds like a right party animal lol.

The end of an era! Thank goodness that old out house is going at last as it had obviously been used far too much and seen better days, unlike Grandma and Grandpa lol. I hope I'm as spritely as them when I get old, which isn't for many years yet lol
