Fear as I approach the mirror.
Which one am I today?
The one hiding in the moonlight?
The one who dances in the sun?
Or perhaps a broken angel,
One who hates the world?
Eyes reflecting the conflicted souls within,
Tormented and writhing in pain and ecstasy.
Desperately searching for a release,
A place to unlock the angels and demons inside my head.
Another day, another change.
What am I now but an empty cage?
A prison of personalities, cell floors paved
With the blood and tears of my inner selves.
Decadence ensuing with each passing day
As I lay in the forgotten chambers of my mind,
Ever waiting to be called out once again.

wow.
that was amazing.
I love it.
was that for a thousand different versions of yourself?
if it was, that was a whole new take on the lyrics, and it totally worked.
I loved the imagery and the examples.
Thank you so much for entering.
