The Christmas card
By Eric Ethan
I sat down at my computer tonight to type the poem of dreams of people forgot
I look out the window to see it snowing as it was coming down hard and more to come.
I look at a picture of Christmas card where you see the town full of Christmas cheer
With the lights hung up in a long the sidewalks and different big ornaments hung on the lights poles,
In middle of the town square there is a big Christmas tree with different lights and ornments hung and the star shining so bright.
A group of people being led by a choir decorated sing joy of Christmas carols
As I look at that I want to share this Christmas card with a friend I miss so much
To tell how cool a holiday is when you look at a Christmas cards and think of joy that bring joy in that heart and never forgot the coolest holiday around.

people always see this time of year as gifts, gift and more gifts. i like how this was centered around a card. this poem truly demonstrates one of the many meanings of Christmas. the ending was a good way to close everything up. i do love it. great job. ~nora
