TALE oF A cLOWN

Shall I draw a velvet curtain here,
to hide form irresistible cupid arrows?
for I fear, you may need to borrow
an archer of Empire times to fail me

But to my surprise I'm more baffled
what sin did I commit to deserve
enemies like did the Adolf Hitler?

Or did the mirror mistook my image
Am I not looking like Prince Charles
ready to apple in the trees of kingdom?

Dear foe...
I'm confused more than an electric fusion
Time untie this knot for me
For its too hard knot for me to untie
Have some pity for I may be on
deaths bed soon

-Farewell

Author notes

Its about a clown who blames others for everything;

well about the feste had very sophisticated charecter, he was actully the smartest person there who was able to notice our heroines voilas fake cover..
well ur poem relates a lot towards malvolio.. he was fooled in love

well your clown talks like shakespearen english but has knows hitler and prince charles.. a unique blend

Is it abuyi...I guess you are the only ap friend of mine who read it.Good to know.
lol twelfth night is so funny.Specially when the text in it is understandable.yeah this poem reflects more on malvolio.I guess I have mistaken malvolio as feste.Anyway feste was also a comedian and he is a witty fool.

lol.. yeah it is funny.. many movies copied tht story plot.. it was said that shakespear took the story plot from soem other drama but those time there were no copyrights and all the charecters were played by men and boys.. that also includes the romance and shockingly audience enjoyed those chrecters ..

well i m suprised to know that none of ur ap friends read it.. i read cause i took litrature n had shakespeare in it

hope to c u more often
        regards
        abuyi
