Finders keepers, losers freezers - the hazards of incompetent UPS delivery personnel

this refers to the ordering of a certain winter coat and the company shipping it by UPS ( United Parcel Service) and the UPS delivery person didn't even have the person sign like supposed to - just set the order outside the door he thought the shipping label said - which ended up being the wrong apartment so I was without a winter coat during 30 below zero windchills for almost a month by the time a new one was shipped - correctly.

Looks like all of the winners were ashamed of their entries except the Honorable One (which I applaud them for keeping it here). I can't say much about the UPS delivery person as I know every company has their idiots. My brother works for them and no way would he have done that and he would have put that particular driver in his place for it gives a bad taste in the mouth of customers when that stuff happens (as in this case). Public and private companies have to be concerned about image and service, when they slack on either of them it generates unwanted attention just like here but I'm glad it's where everyone can see for they can't get better unless they know about their mistakes (but that driver had to know better or was totally incompetent--which could have been the case-lol)

wally world didn't have the style i liked let alone color nor size i wanted and needed besides I had already paid for the coat i wanted cuz i could use it year round. by removing the different inner layers inside.
