There are many here among us
whose bodies may be frail,
yet their faith cannot be folded
into origami tears.
Let the sky weep, instead,
as we sow these seeds
for hopeful harvest
to give those in need
the warmth of borrowed sun
upon their faces
as they dream.
Let them be lifted
towards soothing sky,
elevated
from wretched reach
of sorrow's shadows.
Let their hearts
mend their minds,
their minds
mend their bodies,
their bodies mend
broken starlight.
Behold these miracles
that matter
each moment
we may breathe ~
embrace
Time's eternal movement;
give your sacred music
unto whispers
of butterfly wings
as they ascend
in uninterrupted song...

Only angels speak on such wings of translucence, and this graces my heart with such gentleness, strength, hope, and healing. You see through your spirit and speak from the sacredness of soul. It IS music of a sweet harmony and my eyes are welling at the wispers of love. Thank you, Sis.
This is a bookmarked treasure. When I get my printer working again, I'll print it, too.

Love, Karen

Wanders, this is truly beautiful, in the literal sense of the word. The visuals in this are amazing. The language stellar. And your metaphors....I'm speechless...."origami tears...." Breathtaking.
"...Let their hearts
mend their minds,
their minds
mend their bodies,
their bodies mend
broken starlight...."

In the Hierarchy of Heavenly Host,
Wanda is the Hostest with the mostest!
Wanda's Healing Hands Have Honed, Harnessed,
and Harvested Hope. Hastening to Hold a Hand
while Harboring all to Her Heart, unhesitatingly!
I'm Honored by her Honesty and Humility.
All Hail, and Hear Her Heaven scented Sighhs...

That you have touched me comes as no surprise. This song of the spirit and how it is larger than the clay shell that wraps it, stonger than the firing that makes us who we are in this world, this song is stunning and leaves me with many thoughts. Love, Tom B.

Don't you ever get tired of being so damn prolific, and your every word wrapped in beautiful? sigh.

Passion-filled love an care, all at once.

"origami tears".... that is so very beautiful, my friend. You've been through a tough time too and yet, here you write such a beautiful, soft and gentle and soothing song... so wonderful to wake up to this. You do know how to write an origami embrace across time and sand - simply beautiful.
