I lay here on the grass
Staring at the sky
Glancing into empty space
At the clouds floating by.
They come in many shapes.
They all differ in size.
However, just the sight of them,
Brings a sparkle to my eyes.
Some of them sit low above the ground,
Bringing rain, snow, or sleet.
Some of them are gigantic monsters,
Towering well above 40,000 feet.
We learn about them in science,
But in my opinion there’s no better way
To learn about the clouds,
Than right here where I lay.
And your reaction is.......?
