So many times I have written about
My Savior and My God
He's always there to point the way
To the path He'd have me trod
I didn't always waltz through life
Especially if I tried to on my own
For Jesus Christ would take my hand
And lead me safely home
If I tried to do the two step
And jump over a trial or two
Then Jesus once again would take
My hand and lead me through
Now I've learned to walk in life
And let Jesus lead the way
Keep my feet on the right path
He walks with me every day
