Tight Dreams

Tight dreams, rarely deep
Being this way, I cannot keep
My eyes are closed but my body is tense
Awake throughout my sleep.

Author notes

I wrote this when I woke up this morning. The second line is confusing unless you read it a couple times, but i thought this gave the poem a more funny quality, like the ramblings of someone who just woke up ;P
