Now, I could really go for some snow.
I think I remember commenting on this one some time ago, but that's okay. Washington State has had some very unusual heat this past week. We got blasted with anywhere between 108 and 112 degrees a few days ago. That's so far past the 85 or 90 degree days we usually get in the summer. All of us in Washington would be dancing in the streets today if it snowed in July. At least, I would. Anyway, I enjoyed the image you penned here, Pamela. Snowflakes are such perfect subjects for winter haiku.

This haiku definately has a "frosty" feel to it. The background you have chosen brings an extra dimention to your work... especially the "six points to an end" this is great!

This is a very deep haiku and after reading it several times I felt the sensation of sliding on ice it has a bit of magic to it I do not know if it was meant to be that way or not but that was my take Very good

GORGEOUS haiku...
I just love this haiku! The background for this one is fantastic, too. I looked up some ice crystal photos recently. It's amazing how perfect they are, not to mention unique. I was surprised to find out that they aren't as symmetrical as I thought.

This is so creative--love the haiku with the wonderful images reflected in the background. And the "six points to an end" last line brought the infamous ahhha feeling to the haiku. Good luck in the contest!
