faith jumping

I broke free today
and jumped wildly off the cliff of the small-world tamable
into the air of the ungravitational
and did not brace nor did I fall

but flew on your eagle like wings
grasping tight to your feather light promises

I have everything now that I've left it all behind
soaring high in an untaimable technicolor sky

some say I died

yes, that's true
but only to live anew
in a spirit of unimaginable possibilities

and you should give it a try

but why?
well, don't you see?
I didn't just break free

I embraced the alternative

and by the grace of God
didn't hit the ground.
