I know nothing of life,
nor nothing of the hereafter.
All I know is now, and now I am lustful
Of heat, of flame, of smoldering embers aglow with passionate light.
Of the bitterness of cold, clear, incandecent sheen.
I am lustful of moonlight,
and she lusts for me too.
At least, this is what I feel before the dawn.
Still beneath the twinkling diamonds she wears around her.
The ever-changing gowns in the skys abouve.
The fire and the ice come from her wonderous womb,
fall to earth and sorround me in eternal ecstasy.
Author notes
I think I got off topic, but I was just swept away.
