i remember your last words and how you did laugh
how you were so happy but now we are apart
you said youd stay with me till the very end
but that is not happing i thought you were my friend
see dad you lied you said you would be there
how come you left me was it because you never cared
now its been 3 years and you hardly ever call
i dont no why but i miss you my heart is so sore
i want to hear your voice and hear what you have to say
but i guess that will never happen your time has faded away
well thanks dad for showing me half of a life
you taught me a few things but never what was right
so bye bye daddy we had our last laugh
it will never be the same again  im no longer in your heart
