What colors do I see
This special time of year
I see the colors that bring
A smile and lots of cheer
I see the color Twinkle
In the Stars that shine at night
Like the Star of Bethlehem
That shone so very bright
I see the color yellow
It's the color of the hay
That formed the tiny manger
Where my precious Jesus lay
I see the color of Love
That is shining all around
Tis sent from God the Father
In the Baby that we found
He is the baby Jesus
Born that first Christmas Night
Bringing us God's love
That fills our hearts so bright

Hm...The author notes insinuates I know you. But, this time, I can't honestly say I can tell who you are form the writing style; good job disguising yourself! I like this, clever usage of rhyming and yellow. And oh, I'm going into Christian mode now, so many people (okay, two) are using Bible references...YATTA!!! Thank you for entering, and good luck!

PS Spelling mistakes...they bug me. 'Shone,' possibly, instead of 'shown.'

good rhyme scheme...nice subject and presentation. I think maybe you meant "manger" and not manager though. (line 3 stanza 3)
