Otherwise I don't think I'll make it until daylight
I come to you now with tears in my eyes
The pain and hurt I feel there is no disguise
I seek you now to help me through this dark and lonley night
And plesae my Blessed Angel never again leave my sight
You carried me through once before when I was all alone
Now my children are gone and all grown
The loneliness engulfs me keeps me all locked up
Come to me dear Angel let me drink from your loving cup
Fill me inside with hope and peace and help me to get through
Take away these feelings and help me feel brand new
I beg of you now sweet Angel of mine to hold me in your arms
With you right beside me I know I will come to no harm
