Sitting on the side
Of the dark open road
Struggling and crying
As no one helped me life my load
My load full of burdens
Pain and torture
My load that got heavier
The day you met her
You said I was too cautious
That i never took a risk
When you left me for some fun
My life suddenly got brisk
The days became endless
The nights weren't filled with joy
I chose to stick by what I knew
That's how I lost my boy
I lost my friends,
My family and even my foe
By being way to careful
Afraid of what I don't know
Sitting in the middle of the road
My load is left on the path
For my whole life i chose truth
Now i choose dare at last
Please dont use big words, i'm not as smart as i'd like to be.
