to Influence, Inhibit and Control our thinking?
Stripping away self confident decisions.
Drilling you one small inch at a time.

Consider our prisons, over capacity and FULL.
Weary souls who thought the “short-cuts” Worthy Goals.
They too were April Fools believing in “ justified excuses.”
Jailing themselves into living double minded lives.
There are STOP signs in our life.
Yield signs too.
Cautioning, Warning,
Stomach Twisters, Heartburn, Migraines, Trouble sleeping.
The human bodies built in barometers.
We see auctions every night.. greeding prescription 60 second
commercials, cleverly disguised, advising us,
"they have all the answers we could ever need"
despite painful side affects.
Is diarherria or constipation really the answers we seek?
Remember when you smiled for no reason,
Purpose or design? It just felt good to do!
Have you ever heard yourself say,
“Useless is this life”
“Why dream?”
“Life is nothing more than bills of debt, nightmares and headaches.”
Your Barometer is pleading with you!
Reach out Beyond Yourself!
Confront and face, consider counsel to ease,
unravel you.
Create new connections,
Take a walk, breathe in new fresh oxygen.
Force laughter out of your mouth,
write a little ditty about something totally silly!
Wrestle boldly those confusion thoughts.
Make a list and actions you could do,
To Cross them OFF your list!
I can assure you this,
it feels Damn good to do!It is a start,
to release Strength and Power burning inside you.
Most importantly, kindly remember,
There are many, not just a few,
Who are tenderly struggling, connecting us all together
ever so delicately.
