It sucks to live in a fantasy world.
It sucks to try to avoid reality.
But truth be told,
Reality snatches and never lets go.
Life is so bland,
You create your own life.
Where you are the queen,
Where your dreams come true.
Life is good.
Who thought of that one...
If it was good,
We would all want to live.
Oh...I want to live.
But just not this life,
It's too horrible.
It's too bad.
I am happy... at times,
But sometimes I am...
I dream of a life
when everything is my way.
When mommy stop working.
Working long hours.
Almost 24 hours
To pay the bills.

I sound really selfish IN DIS POEM... buh everyone has their own problems that they need to focus on at least sometimes.. u know... i jus wanna get away and live the life i dream of... then i realize i should stop daydreaming cuz there aint no magic in da world thats gonna get me my desires. Maybe the magic of poetry... but that can do so much. Life is Good? you answer that one yourself. {lol??}

There is nothing wrong with trying to escape the harsh reality of the real world into a make belief world of your own making....Everyone needs an outlet!!! It would be a wonderful world indeed if mom could be home more but sadly it just can not be in today's world.. So I say escape into that daydream whenever you can and take what ever peace comes your way. make the best of the situation and one day you will realize that life is good....
