well i know we were put here for god's pleasure but since he always was, i think he could get by just fine without us, especially seeing what a mess we have made of everything. i sometimes think even though he loves us, he would prefer we weren't here to cause anymore destruction to the perfection he created

this piece is very much philosophical, based on the idea that without us no one would exist to contemplate the existence of God... perhaps?
of course God, as i perceive him to be, without ego, does not require belief in his existence in order to 'exist'
