You look at me and automatically
Think I'm the me I used to be.
But you don't know and you can't see
That that me isn't the new me.
How could you know if you don't see
And you never take time to talk to me?
I'm not addicted to chocolate or coffee
I used to be, but now it's tea.
But you wouldn't know because you don't know me
Because I've been set free from conformity and society
And I am just me, a different me,
A quieter me, a more distant me.
A me you don't know, don't see.
I'm just trying to be me.

The ending isn't that great, it was getting late, I couldn't think, I was distracted. But I think I like the beginning. what do you think?

It was very good. It's a short poem but it's also very complex at the same time. I've been through this-it's both fun and depressing at the saame time. Fun because they don't realize what you've been through. Derpessing because they couldn't guess the changes you've made or the reasons why. Great write, keep it up.

no, no one in particular.
ha, yea, it's all about the tea! I drink like 3 cups a day (lately I've had 3 cups of tea plus 2 cups of coffee. haha)
