Emotions fluctuate
Up and down like a rollercoaster
Of tears
Of laughs
Of smiles
Of frowns

Emotions fluctuate
No control over any of the feelings
Of hurt
Of happiness
Of anger
Of sadness

Emotions fluctuate
Everyone says it is not my fault
Is it his
Is it hers
Is it theirs
Is it ours

Emotions fluctuate
But I am taking it as it comes
For love
For future
For sanity
For you

Author notes

This is about the mood swings that happen during pregnancy and after. I wrote it while I was pregnant, and now reading it as I post it I see how it applies to new mothers as well. Its a tough time. But its all part of the package, and no matter what you go through, in the end it is all worth it when you see your baby.

My baby boy is 2 months old now. He is the best thing to happen to me besides my husband

      ill let you know, i had morning sickness throughout my whole pregnancy, but yea i sucked it up and i the end u forget all about it

      but you will relish in the fact that you can scoff food again without throwing up
