Screaming

A Mirror Reflection,
Dull Painted In Black And White,
My Own Blank Scene,
Chipped And Breaking,
Bones Entwined,
Twisted, Linking,
Poking Through Bare Flesh,
Pale And Shaking,

Reaching Out,
Placing Twiggy Fingers On
A Shattered Dream,
Cool To The Touch And
Sharp To A Fingertip,
Streaming As Raindrops,
Crimson Blood Dripping,
The Only Glimpse Of Colour,

Beauty Broken, Shattered
Like The Object
That Lay Infront Of Me,
In My Own Eyes,
My Own World,
Perfection Was Lingering,
Just A Little Longer,
Perfection Was At Close Grasp,

Dreams Came Cleansed,
Till My Hearts Words,
Washed The Walls And Clung
To My Mind Like Cobwebs In
The Icy Breeze,
But To Open My Eyes,
Caused Aching Gaps
In My Soul,

And Fake Smiles On The Outside,
Covered My Minds Need To Scream.
