unsophisticated and straightforward
uncomplicated and easy
undemanding and trouble-free
down-to-earth and not fussy

The title is effective as an apt introduction and as a summary of the complex simplicity within the poets voice within the poem.
Perhaps the inconsistent usage of captalization may have added misplaced focus, though presentation is personal to it's creator it is noticable that the first four lines begin with capitals and none of the following lines do.Not a criticism but an observation offered dear poet.
I don't believe this is a simple man but a man that many would like to greet and meet,if the world was full of such undemanding men then perhaps the whole world would benefit from a less demanding and less consumingly commanding attitude.
