Our first kiss was,
long awaited.
I captured your dreams
between
my lips,
captured moans between
my thighs.
It was comfort.
Your eyes screamed thank you's
to God
for granting,
what you had prayed for so long.
You finally had me.
Life paused
momentarily.
Gave just enough time to
lock our wishes
together,
just enough time to hear
my angel
whisper,
“He’s the one.”
It was home.
It was the beginning of us.
...................and I had already known you were the one.
