That's Alright Now Mama

Missing image

~~~~~
Mama loved to shake her hips
to those smooth whiskey moans
of that black velvet pelvis
jerkin’ from the backbone down
And she sang along
in her cool southern drawl
wet with the sweat
from the heat of the moment
He was her man
and she was Ann Margaret
dancin’ in the sand on a Vegas vacation
And I would dance too
in the shadow of her dream
of smooth whiskey moans
and black velvet kisses
    Oh yeah, this is a great entry for this contest. Great flow, wonderful vivid visual images throughout and appropriate title too - enjoyed the read.
