Before the sun goes down it paints a picture for all to see,
Pastel pinks with yellow and orange all about.
Clouds painted hang above the earth,
Painted brightly they shine as does the sun as it goes down.
Red with yellow along with pink,
Blue sky as a background,
And orange from the sun,
Creating a picture for all to see.
Take in all there is,
For the sight does not last long,
Take in the beauty,
While it lasts.
Wait for tomorrow,
For another show of colors,
Enjoy the sunset with all its colors at full force,
Look at it now,
For this painting does hang in a gallery though many try to take its place,
It hangs in the clouds and within the sky.
