It is a time to be thankful
A time to be joyous for what you have
I am thankful for my family who have taken such good care for my whole life
I love them
They will always be in my heart
I love you mom!
I love you dad!

I also love my aunts and Uncles Grandparents and cousins

Endearing
You are right; there is a lot to be grateful for. Often, people get caught up in focusing too much on what they don't have. I know that I have fallen into this negative pattern. Gratitude for the wonderful blessings that I do have, and praying for blessings to be bestowed on others less fortunate than myself, is something that I am working on.
I loved your appreciation for the gifts that you have. Family is truely a marvelous gift and it is something that many take for granted. Yet, even if one doesn't have a family, there is the Divine Family. I am glad that you appreciate your wonderful family that you have here in this life. Never let go of that thankfulness.
Just a few suggestions, to make your lovely poem more visually balanced;
There are a couple lines that are too long; maybe make them into two lines- line #4 and #10. Keeping your poem centered is also a nice affect.
