What an exquisite haiku. There is a time for the roses to blossom, and another time for them to perish. I hate watching them wither, however...it signals the coming of winter, the most brutal season of the year on your skin and body! I really like this one...I am not that good with haiku, so...I'll will leave that art to an expert like yourself.
