I'm Through

As the world finally slows down
and the chaos disappears
I glance into your eyes
and with grave sincerity say
Love me now
I'm through fighting it
Take me home
I'm through running away
Break down this wall
I'm through hiding
Take all my anger
I'm through holding on to it
Give me life
I'm through dying
Catch me please
I'm through falling
I trust you, I love you
I'm through denying it.

Author notes

So this is my first poem that isn't sad i guess. It's about saying that you're through running away and hiding you're finally ready to be loved.
