Panflute player

His delicate fingers trace confessions of centuries
his lips seal secrets of sanctuaries
his breath pipes legends of lost
the Wind his musical Master
guiding him sensitively
in playing the panflute
playing the themes
of Love and Life
playing the
panflute ...
listening ...
playing
the pan-
flute...

Author notes

1. Of all musical instruments, the panflute is the most hauntingly beautiful sound of sensitivity ... Delicate, and ancient, and beautifully sad.

'tis a fine write, indeed. Reminds me of my Didgeridoo series. Here's a link for you:

    Whoaaa---

    This poem appears to have
    Sort of petered out
    At the end...

Myra, this is a lovely poem. There is something so hauntingly spiritual, like a message from heaven in code that we have not yet broken, in the melodies produced by the pan flute. Your line here "delicate fingers trace confessions of centuries...." somehow pouring time and space eternal into notes.
    I love this, Myra.

Oh you may play with pan on flutes
with soft symphony and sensual bucolics
but centuries will past and eons too
before I forget the songs love plays for you.
