I remember when you came home,
So tiny.
I knew you were a girl before they told me.
We've had our ups and downs,
But what else would sisters have.
Now you're thirteen,
Or soon to be anyways.
You're growing so well,
You've got such a wonderful relationship with God,
I see it on a day to day basis.
Soon I'll be off to college
No longer going to be able to see you everyday.
I know you like to talk about stuff that makes me worry,
Know that no matter what
I always love you.
No matter how angry I am with you,
You can always talk to me.
I may not respond,
But I will hear you.
You're my best friend,
I love you.
Please tell me what you think

What a fantastic write and a great tribute to what must be a fantastic sister. But than again, why am I surprised. Your poems always move me.
