Stand and gaze,
to the blue on blue;
that silent line
dotted with white triangles
blurred by distance
and comprehension.
Playful eddies tousle your hair,
you entrench your feet;
wiggling deeper into the grit,
your roots, searching…
finding only cold, and numbness.
Slowly above
azure dims to sapphire
becoming an endless field of navy
awash in candle flicker;
all the while the world rushes by,
but your eyes on the horizon
hold still time.

Good
As refreshing as a spring rain with its promise of renewal. Special moments that kindle the imagination and stir the heart are what make life worth living. You captured a precious moment in time and shared it with us all.
