a snow-capped mountain
standing gallant and brave
hiding deaths of fools who
should have known better
brimming in avalanches
basking in worldly praise
carrying a freezing flag, like
an answer to Frosty’s prayer.
sunlight reflected into heaven
by the white tears that froze-
seeking worldly fame and luring
fools into meaningless deaths.

A poem on a mountain.
A good poem. You did repeat yourself, in meaning, in stanzas one and two.
Thank you for entering this contest and good fortune.
