In the distance of a shadow
who are you?
People who are unsure
of who they are, are usually very different
the they might think themselves to be.
Some cannot see through
the clouded eye of
there own personality.
Only a few others have
the gift to look themselves
in a mirror and see deception.
People who have known in a lifetime
don't know half the deception
you have laid upon there weak eyes.
People see you as one who doesn't care
and one that just waits to throw there
life away. In consciousness you are the
only one that holds your fate in mind.
With your desire in your state of mind
you are considering heavily inked over natural.
Only a few understand you so you
hide behind a mask. Even you barley understand
who you are anymore and have become a prisoner
of your own words.
Only a few people know only half of your real self
and the very idea of it can drive you insane when you
look into the eyes of deception.

This poem reminds me of the situation I'm in with Nate right now. Wow. It really does. It also reminds me of those girls at school who wear a whole bunch of make up. It also reminds me of me. The line about people who see you think you don't care... about how I don't care about people, or don't care if people look at me. It kind of scares me. But in my admitance of that fact, am I facing my deception?
Excellent righting as usual, my Dear Sister.

Oh how the mind does play tricks
Yes you could live a lifetime and only you would know what goes on in your own mind . Its where evil lurks and waits to reveal itself sometimes through actions sometimes through words and sometimes the eyes tells all if one would only look within
