Thoughts of you are warm like the sunshine.
Cheery like the bright bouquets of flowers.
Crossing the miles, you make it to the finish line.
Then you touch the days with many happy hours.
You give me warm thoughts of you.
In times of trouble you always understood.
In hours of need you knew just what to do,

Thoughts of you bring back many memories.
Places, faces, friends, and fun times too.
Doing all that and more we told many stories,
Adventurous stories that included me and you.

I love this peace. It makes me think of my friendship with my best friends. The people who are always there and even if it is just a shoulder they always have something to offer.

A really Beautiful poem, I loved the emotion, yet still it made me feel a little sad for much of your poem was in the past tense. Still it is obvious that you have some wonderful and glorious memories of your time together.
My only negative comment is about your use of the ampersand. In future, please use the word "and" as I believe that it truly make a great difference to a poem.
