I'm not really sure what love is,
How it works, or where it goes,
I feel i've made a big mistake,
Having chosen you for so long,
Together on this path for over a year,

If only i knew it were true,
If only i knew i loved you,
If only there werent another
Keeping my doubt alight.

The other new and exciting,
The other unexpected
and strangely interested in me,

I wish i could say i only loved you,
I wish i only wanted to be with you,
In my heart i know it's not right,
Day to day saying i love you,
When the attraction dwindles
