I turn around, the world goes black
Step two play the detective game
And find out things are just the same
Maybe I shouldn't pray for change
My body, I slaughter, my mind, I derange
Close my eyes and count to ten
I know it's happened once again
It isn't right, it isn't fair
She's gone away, she isn't there
And it's too late to cut some slack

To talk about betrayal shown
I'd rather be in fits of tears

November 11, 2007.... Me and my girlfriend have a fucked up relationship... she cheated on me again.... but I can't leave her... I love her too much.

This is absolutely awesome. Well I mean, not necessarily the mood within it, its terribly sad, but nonetheless everything was wonderfully well put together and its something I can relate to. Having someone put such things within my mind into a poetic form like this makes it all the better. Thank you for writing this.

Its the worst pain ever to love someone who takes that love for granted .I have been in your shoes and yes a piece of the heart is torn away each and every time .Until you let her live her life on the path she chose without you . With aids like it is today and her moving on to others and should you get it through her she wont stay to help you . I myself just up and was gone no note no Im gonna leave I just left and started a new life elswhere . I hope you find you are much more than she makes you feel the pain its up to you to stop it and move on her pain will come one day when she reallizes what she let go .

Omg, I have a friends whose girlfriend continually cheats on him, it's awful, he tells me all the time she treats him like shit but she won't do anything about it, he lets her because he loves her...
This poem reminded me of that, it's such a sad write, thanks for entering this beautiful write into my contest and good luck
