All these wounds heal,
And once again I feel.
I'm more then this empty shell,
Am capable of escaping this hell.
The past will not hurt me,
If I break the chains I'm free.
Free to fly to a better place,
Where my heart beats to a slower pace.
I'm not that weakened girl,
All alone in a bitter world.
I'm strong enough to defend,
My soul and body will mend.
Surrounded in this light,
I will continue to fight.
My exsistance now comes alive,
With this love I can survive.

about how I am moving on and letting go of the past and forgiving. I have started talking to alot of my family lately and have decided to allow myself to feel and grow in love. in part it also refer to how finally feeling love has allowed me to see the world in a different light and has taught me how to let love in as well as give it back.
