Honour Thy Vet

For Love of Country, Courage walks
into the heart of War.

For love of Freedom, Soldiers stand
and knock at Danger's door.

Thank you for the Sacrifice
That our lives might increase,

So we may, in our freedom
find that path to Peace.

Thank you for the roads you walk
and for the wounds you bear...

Thank God for all the Veterans.
We're proud that you were there.

Thank You to the following Veterans who remain close to my heart. Thank you Dave, for enduring things no one human being should ever have to. Thank you Granddad, Paul, Drew, and Kevin. Thanks Chad- for surviving Nam and it's after-effects- your story inspires me.
Thank you to the guy I met at Java Crew yesterday, who is on his way to Iraq in a couple of weeks.
Thanks to ALL of you who serve in the armed forces on my behalf. Your hard work and sacrifices do not go unnoticed.

    ..."the wounds they bear"... I saw a young soldier on TV only the other day. He cooks for his fellow wounded. He's suffered third degree burns over his entire body and his fingers are fused--his face no longer similar to his former appearance. He wants to open his own restaurant. His amazing spirit made me think how much I've to be thankful for, and how much I take my life for granted, how priceless my blessings are.

    I only saw a moment of the segment about him, but I'm forever moved. I can only add my thanks here at the bottom of the list to this special thank you

    A fitting tribute Tills. I'd like to thank my XBL clan leader "Rancid Elite" who should be returning from Iraq in a few months. And lets throw a big thank you out there to major Richard Winters, damn is all I can say. Of course I couldn't forget my two granddads, my step-grampa, and Tom Clancy. LOL.
