Thought I won
Years did pass

Cruel returns

If I could tell anyone anything about life or happiness , I would tell them to find a quite place by a stream somewhere and just let it all go bye . There has to be a place like this for everyone, even inside the heart where one can rest and smile... let the worries of the world wash over you like the gentle coolness of a stream... made me think of my favourite place at home.... where the fresh water springs are cool and inviting....

Quiet Places in my mind always bring me peace and balance. I like your picture of water tripping down the rocks The feature of water its sound and purity washing away cleansing the ripple effect when you put your foot in to feel the coolness on a summers day....brings tranquility to the soul and to go there in your mind brings a satisfaction.
