Surrounded in hues of violet
I feel your energy
in a garden that once was
Nothing grows here
except my loneliness
I wish upon the shrinking
flower petals falling
from the branches
Hoping a breeze will
take my desires to you
and you will return to me
Everything is dark and cold
The warmth of the sun no longer
entering this garden
It flourished in our love
now dying from the loss
A garden of content?
I think not

I believe we all a garden such as the one so nicely versed in your work. I am most lucky as I was roaming in my garden of discontent, someone lead me ouy.

You really have usurped the image with this write. Not at all forced. The picture could have been inspired by the poem. A sad piece, but very apt.
Best of luck.
