Tight knits
(this morning)
shape the contours of my legs.
Hugging my cracked and winter dried heels
and extends to the center of my arch.
Loose knits
(this afternoon)
slump around my ankles
and barley hold on to my calves.
They warm my shins with loose comfort.
They allow my
right
and
left
limbs to be cozy.
Leaving all ten digits free to dance.

I wore leg warmers today to rehersal and this popped into my head as the day wore on.

I really like that line, i can just imagine the pink curve of a dancer and it just fills my head. So sleek and just, body shapes are magic.<3
