Garden of Tears

Lavender florets suckled by bees
Candied Cyclamen shivering under trees
Nestling in nooks, Robert's Foot and Tansy
Whispering "I Love You" to Peony and Pansy
Roses uncurl their sheened velvet robes
Fragrancing the air and filling my nose.
Magic begins as the Columbine weaves
Twisting and tightening around branches and leaves.
Bluebells, Delphinium shout loudly in blue
Whilst Yellow Gorse and Broom speak in a different hue.
Come lay with me amidst my flowery friends
In a secret garden where broken hearts mend.

The last two lines of this are my favorite, but it all flows together beautifully. Nice job!

Just love this one. Stunning! Hear it as I read...volume, speed and sounds...and can read it over and over (and over), more interesting every time. That's rythm!! See it, feel it, hear it, taste it!!!...and love it. Was trying to find a favourite line but not able to. If any I'm most attached to the first 4 and last 2 most but the whole piece fits togetherso perfectly. To me it's immaculate. Thank you for sharing

I think we all have our own secret garden to mend a broken heart, to heal. A place we seek to defy reality and allow our spirits to reign. You've done a great job capturing that here.
