Under a gazing moon
where untold memories
held me captive,
I've closed my eyes

The thundering sound

carried upon the drifting winds,

Beneath midnight's star-filled blanket,
where hopes had become so much more,
I lost myself in the mists.
I left my soul to be taken
into waiting whispers.
Captivated by your mystical force...
needing.
Held by lucid arms,
within the safety of you.
And as dawn approached,
it was then I saw the oh so tempting
wink of the moon,
