Heavenly Father I know you are there
as you are everywhere
seeking souls to call home when their work on earth is done
You alone are the Almighty One
bringing peace and joy to our heart
and many blessings do you impart
Thanks for watching over us each day
and keeping us on the right pathway
You are there for all my family and friends,
strangers, and my enemies too, sharing a love that never ends
I gave my heart to you one day
as you have been with me all the way
Without the love and guidance you have given me
I could never have felt so much glee
I say this prayer, not in jest
but faithfully with meaning, for I know, I am truly Blessed
